Steve Williams OBE

Steve Williams OBE is a double Olympic Gold medallist from the British coxless fours in Athens and Beijing and four times World Champion. In 2011, Steve skied to the Geographic North Pole and conquered Mount Everest in two ‘back-to-back’ expeditions.

Steve facilitates workshops for corporate leaders and teams to understand these high performing traits more fully and improve behaviors and actions to help them be stronger and work better together.

Steve was inspired to row for Gold in 2000 and 2004 after watching Garry Herbert's Olympic success in 1992 on TV and a generation before, Garry had been inspired by Martin Cross - a true example of one generation inspiring the next.
