Jeff Winter
Jeff Winter was a regular Premiership referee for seven seasons, before reaching the standard FA retirement age of 48. He had arrived in the top flight after a number of years as one of the country's top linesmen and spent six seasons as a Football League referee's assistant, before graduating to gain full control of matches.
Jeff is a highly regarded after dinner dinner speaker, ideal for corporates and sportsmen's dinners. His easy going style and wry humour always delivers.
