Tim is the Chief Executive of the Central Council of Physical Recreation (CCPR), the independent umbrella body and trade association for the national governing and representative bodies of sport and recreation in the UK. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive of the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) for eight years between 1997 and 2004, during which time, under his leadership, the sport of cricket witnessed a period of unprecedented reform and modernisation.
