Adrian Moorhouse retired in 1992 from a career unparalleled in British swimming, with 12 years at international level highlighted by an Olympic title, several world records and almost a clean sweep of British breaststroke records.  His work in the field of sport is still ongoing as a swimming commentator for the BBC. He is also patron of the SPARKS charity and fellow of the RSA.

In 1995, Adrian co-founded Lane4 and is now Managing Director of the business. He combines this demanding role alongside delivering his own projects as a consultant.

Following his retirement, Adrian spent a number of years away from the pool but now enjoys swimming regularly to keep fit. He has also competed in the London Triathlon and London Marathon in aid of SPARKS.
 
Adrian is married to Liz and they have a young daughter Evie and a son Thomas.
