Owain Wyn Evans is an award-winning television and radio presenter, currently waking up the nation with his Early Breakfast Show, Monday-Friday on BBC Radio 2.
Well known for his record-breaking 24 hour Drumathon for Children In Need which raised over £3.8m, Owain has recently started bringing his sartorial elegance and camp humour to the presenting line up on BBC1’s Homes Under the Hammer. Passionate about interior design and home renovation, Owain also hosts Wales Home of the Year on BBC Two and is a regular face on The One Show.
Some personal highlights for Owain include winning Celebrity Mastermind with a specialist subject of the musical works of Britney Spears, and braving the cold on BBC One’s Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof.
Owain is a proud member and supporter of the LGBTQ+ community, and is regularly seen hosting pride events across the UK as well as being an ambassador for the LGBT Foundation.
