The Olympics and Paralympics return to the continent oif Europe for the first time since London 2012, and will be held in Paris this summer. The Olympics will run 26 July -11 August 2024 followed by the Paralympics 28 August – 8 September 2024.
Falling in the summer months, they are less likely to cause clashes for most corporate engagements, but as ever, are informing themes for events, with many people opting for former Olympians to speak and appear at their events. There are a wealth of options across the budget ranges, but a few highlights for us include Dame Kelly Holmes and Michael Johnson from the world of track and field, former Tri-Athlete turned broadcaster Annie Emmerson and former Taekwondo competitor Sarah Stevenson.
Finally, if you are after someone who can combine both sporting and business success, you can’t go wrong with Lord Seb Coe or even the French born PY Gerbeau (admittedly a winter Olympian…).
